Level 1 Beginner

This class is designed for individuals who are new to Pilates, or have limited experience using a Reformer. It focuses on introducing the basic principles of Pilates, such as proper alignment, breathing, core engagement, and controlled movement. The exercises are simple, and the emphasis will be on proper form, and proper execution of each movement. If you are returning to Pilates after a long layoff due to injury, or a plain hiatus, this class could be for you too.

Level 1.5 Intermediate

Students in Intermediate Reformer Pilates classes are expected to be familiar with both Foundations Reformers class, and Essential reformer class. This class will introduce more complex exercises and sequences that only students who have mastered the two previous levels will be able to keep up with. This class will feature a faster pace, where strength, flexibility, and endurance will be paramount. These dynamic movements are designed to challenge your central nervous system while taxing your core strength and promoting balance and coordination at a higher level.

Level 2 Sculpting

This class is for students who are experienced and comfortable with Pilates fundamentals and have built significant strength, flexibility, and control. It introduces complex, dynamic, and highly intense exercises, with the use of equipment to challenge the body and the mind.

Restorative

This class is designed to slow down and calm the mind and body through movement. The reformer is used to blend the precision of Pilates with traditional yoga flows to lengthen, strengthen and leave you feeling more open in mind, body and spirit. The vibe of this class is intended to unwind at the end of your day, and calm your central nervous system down. The class is equipped with dimmer-lighting for that reason.
